Isaiah 45:3 “I will give you the treasures of darkness, riches stored in secret places…”

Whatever hard place you are in, please know- there is hope!

My heart wants to encourage you.  I am a licensed therapist who is also an adoptive mom of 7 children.  I have personally tasted deep discouragement, brokenness, overwhelm and a longing for hope in life, marriage and parenting.

Life and the brokenness we inevitably receive along life’s journey, can feel unsurmountable.

Can I encourage you?  The most incredible treasures are hidden in darkness.

Imagine a dark room filled with clay pots.

Inside of each pot is a light.

Yet, this beautiful light only shines out from within the vessel through the broken cracks.

Can you see it?  The more broken the pot, the brighter its light shines forth, illuminating and dispelling darkness.

The more broken a vessel is, the greater it’s capacity is to shine.

In life, we all get shattered.

Yet, we don’t need to hide our cracks or sit alone in the dark.

Can I implore you towards hope?  You are an incredible treasure.

Dare to reach out towards support, healing and purpose in an environment where it is safe to be raw, broken and real.

The day is within reach when healing and hope will shine brightly and with unique purpose through the very cracks that today cause pain.

1 Cor 2:2 “No eye has seen, no ear has heard,

    and no mind has imagined

what God has prepared

    for those who love him.”
